This book is pure testimony and a tribute to probably the best shooter in basketball history
I enjoyed this book because it has to be a factual documentation for the best shooter in basketball history. Author Clayton Geoffreys goes to great lengths to prove his intent and that was to establish Steph Curry as the best shooter ever. It seemed to me almost every detailed box score all the way from college to the NBA was included. Frankly, after spending a great deal of my life playing and coaching basketball I grew tired of reading the statistics, but that should not deter anyone from buying this well researched book. The stats were needed to verify the story the author wanted to tell. I was so pleased he mentioned the name of Paul Arizin who was my favorite NBA player back in the early years of the NBA. I met Arizin once and told him I was having trouble developing a jump shot. He said, "Keep working, it will come around." It did as I was at least able to earn a college scholarship and earn three varsity letters in college. At any rate,, If a reader and fan of basketball wants to learn about the best shooter ever then read this book as it leaves no doubt who the best was especially in the NBA. Congrats to Mr. Jeoffreys for compiling such a detailed report on a man who is now a basketball legend. Dr. Norman Jones author of Growing Up in Indiana: The Culture & Hoosier Hysteria Revisited.

I bought this for my grandson and he soaked up every word. My grandson is 9 years old and he read this book and now he has more knowledge and can join conversations when we are discussing Stephen Curry. Sometimes my grandson shares info from the book that others did not know about. I like Stephen Curry's upbringing and I like the man he has become and he is a good role model for my grandson so I was delighted to get this book for him. Thank you.
LOVED IT
I purchased this book for my 11 year-old grandson who LOVES Steph Curry. It was very insightful as to his early childhood and upbringing, core value system, and overall basketball acumen. Because it was also age appropriate and not overreaching, my grandson finished it in no time flat.
Steph's a good guy and a great role model.
I gave this to my oldest grandson for Christmas because I just think that Steph Curry seems like a great role model and my grandson loves to play basketball. When he got this he said, "I'll actually read this!" LOL

A good overview of Steph Curry's basketball career. Written simply enough for a middle school reader. Steph is one of my family's favorite players of all time and we are basketball fanatics. He is a great role model for any child and I would highly recommend this book just because it is about his basketball career.

Easy to read and was a quick read for my 7th grader. The facts about Step Curry and his rise to greatness were exciting to read and inspirational because it wasn't always as easy as it looks for him now.
